Cognition Clinics are based on fun brain games with your dog developed through the research conducted by Cameron Ford and Dr Brian Hare at Duke University.
These Clinics are for all sports, agility, flyball, obedience, rally-o, gundogs, working/operational dogs, IGP/IPO dogs, conformation dogs, scentwork dogs, sled dogs, detection dogs, and of course pet dogs (reach out to Aimee directly if you would like a 1:1 assessment of your pet with a detailed report and tailored training suggestions).

A clinic typically runs for 3 days
Day 1 - Theory, no dogs required. Go through the science behind the tests and practice doing them before the dogs get involved.
Day 2 - Testing Day - Inference
Day 3 - Testing Day - Memory and Results
Generally, each day starts at 10 and finishes around 3 or 4pm
Up to 12 dogs per Clinic

These brain games have proven to reduce failure rates in selection programs for operational dogs and speed up the training process exponentially.
You will learn critical information about your canine partner that will allow you to truly speak their language and tailor your training program - saving time and improving efficiency. These tests (along with our normal testing methods) will enable you to choose the best dog for the job or show you how to work better with the dog you have.
